If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came home to no AC in a heat wave. I contacted McGinley after hours for a service call. Frank came out and did a complete diagnosis and repair. Frank and Ryan were so nice and helpful. They explained everything in detail and the repair was done quickly. I also had a new smart thermostat installed as well. I can control the system by an app on my phone. It also has a built-in nightlight with color-changing options. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the staff. 10 out of 10. As someone who typically doesn’t leave reviews, I have to say how impressed I was with McGinley Services today and the technician Charles that came to my home. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and in a manner that I understood exactly what was going on. It is very hard to trust companies or even individuals that work for companies where, in the back of your mind, you don’t know if you are being taken advantage of or not. I can tell you, with Charles and McGinley Services, you do not have to have that thought. I signed up for the membership, which will help you and save you money in the long run. And this company will prioritize you as a customer to ensure you aren’t left stranded on a 100-degree day by getting you the necessary repairs done ahead of time. Great company to do business with.
I wanted to follow up after the work was completed so that it doesn’t come off as just first impressions meeting with Charles and speaking with the owner Frank. Charles came back out Monday and completed all the repairs as scheduled and paid for. The blower motor was replaced, blower fan cleaned thoroughly, the contactor was replaced, and I even updated the thermostat with a sensor for the second floor. That being said, everything was completed under 3 hours, he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and answered any questions I had about the work and outside of work conversations. As I stated above, the price was absolutely fair, and the fact that I had conversations with the owner himself set my mind at ease. I was not paid to say any of this or received any incentives. Like I said, I never leave reviews, but when companies impress me, I will shout them out. Thank you Frank and Charles.

Frank is the best! Last November my heater died and, stupid me, I got this company Fahrenheit to install heater. Their contract included getting my air conditioner running in the spring. Well, they came out and told me I needed a new air conditioner and gave me a quote. I called Frank for a second quote and he actually got my air conditioner working because Fahrenheit rigged my air conditioner to not work. Frank is the greatest and he treats you like family. Thank you Frank from the bottom of my heart ❤️ That was 2 years ago. Frank's service comes 2 times a year to make sure all is working good. I love Frank and all of his service personnel. Frank came out today 7/9/2024 and stayed all day to find out why AC was not working. Found the problem and is getting it fixed. Thank you Frank.
