Boiler Feed Valve Is Older And Would Likely Fail If Used. Chimney Base Looks To Be In Good Condition. Vacuumed As Much Debris Out Of Burner Chamber As Possible. System Running With 20 PPM CO. System In Safe Working Order. Advise Replacing Drain Valve, Aqua Stat, Pressure Gauge, And Feed Valve. Client Renewed Membership At This Time.
