Call For Water Leak On 2007 Goodman Heatpump. Evaluated Drain Set Up. Alot Of Dirt And Debris In Pan. Opened Coil And Found Crack In Drain Pan Directly Below Fitting (see Picture) Does Not Look Recent Due To The Amount Of Rust. In Order To Replace The Pan It Will Be Requred To Remove Freon From System Inorder To Remove The Coil To Replace Pan.
Will Email An Estimate On Repairs This Evening To
1. Remove Coil And Replace Pan With Cost Of Doing Proper Repair With New R-22 Freon
2. Same Repair As Number 1 However Will Be Proper Retrofit To Alternative Refrigerant (to Get Away From Using Freon)
3. Replace Heatpump In Door And Out Door.
