Charlie is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained things to my husband & I in very easy to understand language. He is also very personable, friendly and genuine. This company is very lucky to have Charlie represent them! The consultation fee was more than reasonable as was the 'maintenance fee' we would have paid had the unit warranted it. Charlie made it clear he couldn't do the maintenance as there are service issues with the unit that needs attention. We will be waiting to address these in the spring, as advised.
