No Heat Call
Went To Basement. Noticed On Burner Box A Lot Of Flame Impingement. So I Pulled My Camera Out And Checked The System. Burners Are Rusted And Corroded. Flame Sensor Is Dirty. Silica Build Up On The Hot Surface Igniter. Checked The Heat Exchanger And There’s Cracks And Holes In The Heat Exchanger. When Cracked And Holes It Can Potentially Leak Combustion Gases Into The House. Do To Liability We Are Required To Shut The System Down. Shut Down By Gas And Electric. Also Getting Liability Waivers Signed.
