Upon Arrival We Discovered That The Flue Damper Was Stuck In The Closed Position. We Pulled Flue Pipe Apart And Made Sure No Animals Were Blocking It From Opening. Once We Determined That The Flue Was Clear We Were Manually Able To Open The Damper And Left It Bypassed. While The System Is In Operating Order It Is Recommended To Replace The Damper To Keep The Systems Efficiency. We Also Seen That The Flue Pipe Is Not Plum On The Boiler And The Water Heater Is Not Pitched Properly. The Water Heater Actually Has Some Minor Damage To The Top Of The Tank From Exhaust Not Venting Properly. Recommend To Repitch This Properly To Allow Combustion Gases To Escape The Home.
