What a great group of people you have working for you, Frank.
“They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived until they finished. I was also asked numerous times if I had any questions, which I did not, because both Brandon and John went over everything with me.”Judi B. -
Would give 6 stars if possible.
“Have not been disappointed with any of the techs employed by McGinley Services. Heating system serviced under maintenance program. Good to go for this coming winter season.”Tom S. -
So glad I called them!
“I have a Mitsubishi 'split' heat/ AC unit that has been inconsistently working. I put out an 'ask' on a neighborhood FB page- McGinley was recommended. I called and was surprised when an AI assistant took the call and booked me an appointment. Apparently, AI isn't so smart b/c Ryan, from the office, called to tell me AI had overbooked me. We set up another appointment. Meantime, they had a cancellation and fit me in sooner. Ryan is very nice, helpful and aims to please his customers! He sent over Charlie Weiss, a very experienced technician who got right to work in the chilly, damp weather to diagnose my unit. Once done, we went indoors to discuss his findings and potential ways to move forward. He was very transparent with the pricing of each option. Charlie is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained things to my husband & I in very easy to understand language. He is also very personable, friendly and genuine. This company is very lucky to have Charlie represent them! The consultation fee was more than reasonable as was the 'maintenance fee' we would have paid had the unit warranted it. Charlie made it clear he couldn't do the maintenance as there are service issues with the unit that needs attention. We will be waiting to address these in the spring, as advised. I will use McGinley again and refer them out to folks needing these types of services.”Michele Guerin -
Thank you. ????
“He was like a PhD-level technician, but also like a college professor, as he took me through all scenarios of what might be broken and different ways to go about the repair. I couldn’t be happier.”Celeste D. -
I never leave reviews, but when companies impress me I will shout them out.
“That being said, everything was completed under 3 hours, he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and answered any questions I had about the work and outside of work conversations. As I stated above, the price was absolutely fair, and the fact that I ”Matt M. -
McGinley has earned my trust and respect!
“While many service people are kind and respectful of your property (including wearing boot covers), what really stood out was how genuine he was. It seemed like he would rather be honest and give advice like he would friends/family instead of trying to mak”James S.
