Tune Up On 43 Year Old Boiler Boiler Is Painted Silver N The Last 6 Years And Has Sustained Spot Marks Behind The Pressure/temperature Gauge Removed And Cleaned Out Burners Removed Pilot Assembly, Thermocouple Is Rusting And Covered In Build Up, It Should Be Replaced. Cleaned Pilot Assembly Vacuumed Out Bottom Of Burner Box Upon Replacing Burners Found The Back Of The Assembly To Be Disintegrating Flame Was Very Bright And Yellow Before The Cleaning, Now It Is Blue Due To Age And Condition Of The Boiler Replacement Is Recommended. We Do Offer Free Estimates. Combustion Analysis Indicates Unsafe Levels Of Co (2,000+ppm) In The Exhaust. Notified Costumer, Shut Down Equipment.
