Performed tune-ups on 2 1yo boilers. Relief valves, burners, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, and air eliminators are in good condition. Both systems have antiquity pressure. No leaks from boilers, piping, relief valves, or backflow preventers at this time. First floor system running with 7 PPM CO. Second floor system running with 6 PPM CO. Both systems are in safe working order. Included maintenance plan has expired, advise new memberships to make sure systems are running as they should.

Performed tune-up on boiler. System has 4 zones with zone valves and a zone control board. Expansion tank is in good condition. Auto feeder is feeding the appropriate pressure to the boiler, but does not have a backflow preventer. Air eliminator has some mineral deposits. Pressure relief valve is the appropriate rating. Aqua stat is set to 180 has some corrosion. Valves are not leaking but are old. Heat exchanger and flue pipe are in good condition. Boiler running 2 PPM CO. System is in safe working order. Advise replacing auto feeder for one with a backflow preventer.
