Air Filter Is Clean And The Sight Glass Has No Bubbles. May Benefit From Maintenance On Unit. Also Keep Vines From Growing On The Outdoor Unit To Help Keep Up The Efficiency.

Called For No Ac. On Arrival Unit Set To 82 (so It Doesn’t Run) Turned On Thermostat Noticed Refrigerant Lines Were Very Warm So Moved To Outside. Fan Motor Rated To Run At .80 Max And Is Running At .76 Compressor Amps Rated Max 12.8 And Is Running At 7.94 Capacitor Rated To Be 40/5 And Tested At 41/5.1 Running Load Test Indoor Temp 82f. Outdoor Temp 86f. Refrigerant Pressure 147(52f)/370(111f)with 5 Sub Cooling And 10 Super Heat Refrigerant Pressures And Temperature Are Within Range Of Charging Chart Design Sub Cooling Is 8f At 95 Outdoor Temp Is Low At Current Moment But House Is Very Hot. Electrical Components Outside While Worn Are Working Within Normal Range. Indoor Drain Flushed And Condensate Pump Cycles Normally Indoor Filter Is In Fair Condition Replacing Soon Is Advised Return Static Pressure -0.36 In Return Drop -0.51 After Air Filter Supply Air Static After Coil 0.05 And 0.36 Before The Coil Total Static Pressure 0.87 Changed Air Filter And Made .04 Air Flow Improvement Supply Air Temperature 59f And Return Air Temperature 77f Poor Indoor Air Flow

Replaced condencer fan motor with universal. And dual capacitor as well as contactor. New air filter. System is draining at this time. Details of all items checked at tested at this time are on check list. AC tune up visit now as members can be done and perform full system evaluation. Being the system is older replacement is something recommended to be dome sooner than later and Will credit full service visit if it is replaced with in 90 days from today. AC is operating on departure
